Mixed Team Catering Rota

The rota has been arranged to cover the following catering duties for all home Wessex Mixed and Friendly matches:-

If you are unable to take your turn please agree a swap with another member. Please ensure that plenty of notice is given so that suitable arrangements can be made.

1. Buy in from supermarket packaged savoury items, e.g.  sausage rolls, cheese and onion rolls, mini cheddars, crisps,  to serve 34 for rinks. Check the number of players for triples. It is not necessary to buy any cakes or biscuits.

2. Purchase 2 draw prizes at a total cost of not more than £10, e.g. cheese & biscuits, tea & biscuits, box of chocolates, 4 cans beer/lager/cider, boxed cake, strawberries & cream. A bottle of wine will be provided by the Bar on the day.

3. Prepare tables with serviettes & plates. Serviettes, tea and coffee will be found in wall cupboard to right of oven. Plates in the first cupboard on the right in the kitchen.

4. Matches to be played straight through. Beware the match could finish early due to adverse weather conditions.

5. Ensure crockery, plates and glasses are returned from tables to the kitchen to either go in the dishwasher or to be handwashed.

6. The money spent will be refunded from fees collected at the end of the game by the Skips on each table. Please complete the relevant form, put the money collected, ie £3.00 per person, minus money spent together with your receipts in the envelope provided and hand to the Bar person.

7. Take all rubbish and any food that is left with you.
