Crewkerne Bowling Club welcomes both playing and social members (non-playing).
We are currently offering free membership to new members for their first year.
As club members you will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of leagues and competitions including:
Men’s and ladies Somerset County leagues and cups as well as a mixed friendly league.
We also play several friendly matches throughout the year.
You can also take part in our Wednesday Triples Competition and our Friday evening Umbrella Competition.
New bowlers will be offered coaching by our qualified coaches.
If you do not wish to bowl you will be welcome to attend as a social member which means you will be able to use the club’s facilities and take part in a variety of social events throughout the year.
Why not just turn up on a Friday evening at 6pm between mid April and mid September. We are easy to find as we are next to the car park in West Street. Click here for details of how to find us.
Current membership fees
For new members the first year’s membership is free.
Junior membership is £5 per annum
After the first year full bowling membership is £40 per annum.
Social members fees are £5 per annum.
Types of membership
Full bowling membership – a bowling member aged 18+
Junior membership – a bowler under the age of 18
Social member – a member over the age of 18 who uses all the club’s facilities except the green.
